Another unique production from RF label boss Rennie Foster. Vista combines an organic rhythmic sound palette and rolling tribalism with an elastic bass-line and analog synths wailing for strange effect. Both melancholic and celebratory, the track may well manifest the atmosphere of a matsuri for ghosts into the club when played. A second track, Kuwahara, is R.A.W. vintage acid house with warm, Detroit inspired chords and beats from some exceptionally crunchy boxes.

Two remixes come with the package, the first from Berlin based Noah Pred who dubs out the melodic elements of Vista over a heavy bass groove and precision techno percussion. UK production duo Minus Five Wolves take the vocal chant of Vista and build steadily toward a more upfront, main room house approach.

Vista is the first of three Rennie Foster releases that will feature cover artwork by Canadian photographer Tomas Jirku.
