Gary Martin and his Detroit based label Teknotika Records have been an inspiration for the German Duo Gebrüder Teichmann since their first steps into techno music in the 90s. His unique blend of exotica, science fiction, and Detroit Techno is a trademark sound blessing more than 50 records under legendary aliases like The Mole People, Gigi Galaxy or Casual Pimp.

Since Gary & the Teichmann brothers met they have been DJing together, hanging out in the studio to jam, remix and produce music The Different Brains EP is the first output of this collaboration. Featured is the two Teknotika remixes of Gebrüder Teichmann's latest productions and a new track by the three of the them, mixed by Gary in Detroit.
